Introduction - Delia Henry (Director of Action on Hearing Loss Scotland, Chair of the strategy group):
 

It is my pleasure to be here today.  I recognise a lot of people who are either lipreading tutors or use classes.  Today shows the level of importance that lipreading has to people.  If you are hard of hearing, lipreading is something you might not automatically get access to for a number of reasons but it can make a massive difference when people do get access.
